Dr. Green also spoke about lifestyle choices like eating healthy and exercise that people living with depression can incorporate into their treatment regimens to help them stay on the road to recovery. |

Charles Gross discusses his study, "Suicide Tourism in Manhattan, New York City, 1990–-2004" about the high rates of suicide by people who do not live in Manhattan, and John Draper discusses suicide prevention and the importance of treating depression reduce the high rates of suicide.

of Directors of Mental Health America of Arizona and the Chair of The
Maricopa County Human Rights Committee for the Mentally Ill.
